On 14 August 2008, President George W. Bush signed landmark legislation, Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) of 2008. The Act reauthorizes the Consumer Product safety Commission (CPSC) and expands the Commissions role in ensuring the safety of consumer products, especially those designed for children.
Our laboratory has been approved by the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to test toys and childrens products based on CPSC regulations.
