This service ensures finished products are in accordance with specifications.

A Pre-shipment Inspection is basically an acceptance sampling inspection performed when goods are 100% completed, packed and ready for shipment. Our inspector randomly select samples from finished goods, according to an inspection level requested in accordance with international statistical standards known as MIL-STD-105E(ISO2859-1).

For PSI, we mainly check the following aspects:

- Quantity Check (to make sure if the shipped quantity meets with the ordered quantity)
- Style, color & material check by comparing with submitted samples / purchase order
/ product specification / instruction manual
- Workmanship (Here, an acceptable quality level is adopted which sets a numerical
limit for the acceptance of defects in the sampled lot based on critical, major
or minor problems.)
- Data Measurement (including function test, size measurement if needed)
- Packing details
